Remember December 5th is the Christmas party and award ceremony. There will be a white elephant sale with Walter as the auctioneer. All the money collected will go straight to the club so feel free to please donate stuff for the white elephant auction horse related or not. Please let Tom know if you will be attending if you have not already.

Last Trail Ride

The club will provide meat and utensils for lunch. Remember to bring a dish and or drinks. The trail ride is October 24th at 10:30am.
New Business:
The fun show this weekend was rescheduled because the pleasure show was changed to October 17th. The fun show was moved to October 31st at 1:00pm. Members are free and non-members will be charged $10. Don’t forget the pumpkin carving contest; make sure to bring your pumpkin carved. We need more help for the remaining shows. Don’t forget the costume class at the October 17th pleasure show.
Old Business:
The last canceled show was canceled due to the arena being to muddy, it was the muddiest it has ever been. There was discussion about what we could put in the arena to help with all the water next year. There was a board out at the arena we are just waiting for a new one to replace it.
If you want something included in the newsletter you must present it to Victoria Provost at a monthly meeting for the upcoming newsletter or email LTRSecretary@yahoo.com.

Just a reminder…..the Oct 10th pleasure show was rained out last Saturday, so the rain date is this Saturday Oct 17. We only have three workers signed up to work the show so any help in this area would be appreciated.
Since there has been so much rain the past few weeks, Tom is going to take his TR3 arena drag up to do the arena so hopefully the arena will be in good shape for the show.
The Fun Show has been rescheduled for October 31st, more details will follow in the newsletter.
Attached is a tack swap / open house / one year anniversay that Tom and I are having at our barn, Grand Paradise Ranch (GPR). Please come and tour the barn, buy some tack, sell some tack or eat at Andy’s food stand compliments of GPR.. A flyer is attached below: Friends and family are welcome.
