Committee’s reports:

Trail Ride Committee Update provided by Sharon

New Business:

2009 officers voted on:

Tom Freeman President, Mike Flemming Vice President, Linda Freeman show chairperson, Angie Flemming Treasurer, Victoria Provost Secretary, Walter Chitwood trustee, Cindy Butler trustee.

It was brought up that we should give gas money to the people that cut the grass and do all the upkeep, will be brought up at a later date.


Don’t forget the date of the Christmas Party/Awards Ceremony - December 6th. It is a good time for all.

Don’t forget to start collecting all your useable goodies for the white elephant sale at the Christmas party.

Old Business:

We discussed the web site with John, he gave us a couple options, a motion was made to pay John 55.00 a month Melissa seconded it.

Cindy is trying to find a place to have a Trivia night, we will try to have it in February, will know more later.
